SEB FC is a cutting-edge football (soccer) academy in Seoul. All of our sessions are run by FA1 and AFC2 qualified coaches. We combine the latest football and educational philosophies with first-class facilities to make football fun and meaningful. Coaching sessions are open to boys and girls from age 4 and up.

Mission Statement

Our mission at SEB FC is to cultivate the children’s early development of fundamental football skills to maximize the players’ abilities in all areas of the game. We will assess each player’s strengths and weaknesses, and through training and competition, develop the player not only on the field but also the young person off the field. We will provide the players with an environment where teamwork, fairness, self-reliance and good citizenship are rewarded. Our vision is to build ultimate football players that are focused on skill and technique while enjoying the games and creating true passion for football.

Philosophy

SEB FC employs Dutch and German training methods that emphasize the importance of technical skills. Many of our training sessions involve small-sided games that ensure players get plenty of touches on the ball. These sessions ensure that players: (i) make and receive more passes; (ii) engage in more 1-v-1s; and (iii) develop in-game decision-making skills. This creates players that are comfortable on the ball, even when under pressure. In order to create complete players, our sessions also cover balance, agility, positioning, tactical awareness and teamwork. As players work their way through the levels, the training exercises change but the philosophy stays the same – technical development is key.
